• We use No.10 self healing spiral zips – a stronger and more supported zip offering a sure weather seal and durability under strong wind conditions.  Far superior to the alternative chunky tooth zip.
• UV stabilised size 20 polyester thread.  In the manufacture of all our blinds this thread is proven to offer a longer life and more durability than thinner and cheaper versions.
• Powder coated tracks and screws.  It is important that our blinds look like they belong at your place!  We customise colours to ensure the best look at all times.
• 50mm Galvanized bottom bar.  Provides a smoother roll for the blinds when area is opened up and greater rigidity when the blinds are down.
• 0.75mm thick standard film used.  Also available as 1.0mm thick.
• All seams are horizontal and can be taped and stitched or welded.  You choose.  The tape and stich process provides a strong join with a visual safety barrier so that you do not walk through your blinds! Horizontal welding is more transparent giving a smoother visual effect to the blind.  Horizontal joins ensure a smoother roll from a vertical join and better long term survival of your blind.
